1. Overview

Arc ("the Service") is a knowledge capture and documentation platform developed by Atlantic Data Systems, LLC ("ADS," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Arc.

By using Arc, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you or your organization registers for Arc, we collect:

• Organization name
• Administrator name and email address
• Team member names and email addresses

Content You Submit

Arc is designed to capture and synthesize knowledge from conversations and documents you submit. This includes:

• Conversation transcripts and documents you upload or paste into Arc
• Synthesized knowledge documents generated from your submissions
• Tags, tracks, and organizational metadata you assign

This content is stored in your tenant database on Arc's servers and is accessible only to authorized users within your organization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the Arc service:

• To authenticate users and manage access
• To process and synthesize submitted content using AI
• To store and retrieve your organization's knowledge documents
• To push approved documents to connected destinations (Microsoft 365, Google Drive) on your behalf
• To send account-related emails (invitations, password resets)

We do not use your content for advertising, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the Service, Arc shares data with the following subprocessors:

Anthropic, PBC

Arc uses Anthropic's Claude API to classify and synthesize submitted content. Conversation and document content is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

Voyage AI

Arc uses Voyage AI's embedding API to generate vector representations of documents for similarity search. Document content is transmitted to Voyage AI for this purpose. Voyage AI's privacy policy is available at voyageai.com.

Microsoft Corporation (optional)

If your organization connects a Microsoft 365 account, Arc will push approved documents to your configured SharePoint or OneNote destination using Microsoft's Graph API. Arc stores OAuth tokens necessary for this integration in your tenant database.

Google LLC (optional)

If your organization connects a Google account, Arc will push approved documents to your configured Google Drive folder. Arc stores OAuth tokens necessary for this integration in your tenant database.

No other third-party services receive your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

All Arc data is stored on servers operated by Atlantic Data Systems, LLC. Each organization's data is stored in an isolated tenant database. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

OAuth tokens for Microsoft and Google integrations are stored encrypted in your tenant database and are used solely to push documents to your configured destinations.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your Arc account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your tenant database and all associated data within 30 days. Requests can be submitted to support@arcknows.com.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us at support@arcknows.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Arc is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account administrators of material changes by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
